Exploratory

With every client interested in coaching, we begin with a one hour complementary session called an “Exploratory.” We look at what it would look like in your life if you had it exactly how you wanted it in every area along with what is blocking you from having it.  Through the exploratory we will let you know how we would support you as your coach in creating what it is you want to create, give examples of tools that we believe that would be beneficial, and suggest how long we believe we might work together to navigate you to where you want to be. At the end of the session you can decide whether or not you want to work with us.

This Exploratory is a wonderful chance for us to get to know one another and see if we are a good match to work together along with a way for you to see how we work to make the best decision for you.
